We are a supplier of Alfa Laval OEM heat exchanger components as well as complete OEM Heat Exchangers. Our offering includes the option of spares supply, servicing and maintaining all brands of PHE equipment at the World Class facility in Spartan, Kempton Park. Alfa Laval utilise a proprietary 18 step OEM servicing procedure for PHE equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity of your PHE equipment. In this regard, we are able to tailor make an offer for PHE spares supply and maintenance that suits the application as well as our customer’s budget and delivery requirements.

Heat Exchanger Cleaning Chemical
Universal Metal Trading manufacture a cost effective Heat Exchanger mineral descalent. The product is a blend of organic and inorganic acids that includes inhibitors to protect the metal components of the heat exchanger, while simultaneously effectively dissolving unwanted mineral scale. The product is available in 20 litre drums up to 1000 litre IBC’s.

Plymouth’s cold drawn shapes are custom made per customer’s drawing and specification requirements. Plymouth’s Precision Geometric Profile combinations are almost unlimited. Profiles are offered in a wide range of Carbon, Stainless and Exotic Alloys with cold drawn metallurgical properties.
